Delta Planning has secured outline planning approval for AC Lloyd Homes for the final phase of its Oakley Grove development in South Leamington and has also submitted an outline application for the next phase of development at AC Lloyd’s Sydenham development east of Leamington.
The Oakley Grove scheme comprises 150 homes together with land for a county park and a site for a new secondary/primary school to serve the South Leamington area and the Sydenham development comprises 200 homes together with over 8 acres of open space and wildlife habitat.
