Delta Planning has had a major run of results for client A.C. Lloyd.
On the residential front, we had a big win on appeal for outline approval for 200 homes on land south of Sydenham, Leamington Spa. This included a full award of costs against the Council. A reserved matters application has also since been submitted for the detailed design which includes solar panels and EV charging on every dwelling, and 10% net gain in on-site biodiversity, making it one of the most sustainable developments in Warwickshire.
On the commercial front we have also secured full approval for over 25,000 sq. ft of eco business space on Tachbrook Park, Leamington. This is a carbon neutral scheme and specifically designed for SME businesses.
