Delta Planning has secured new outline planning permissions totalling 1.75m sq.ft of B2/B8 floorspace for Prologis across the West Midlands.

The largest of the sites is at Hams Hall where permission has been secured for 915,000 sq.ft on the last remaining part of the former Hams Hall power station near Coleshill in North Warwickshire. Although a brownfield site, the site had been sterilised by its Green Belt designation for many years. The other permissions are for expansions to existing Prologis employment parks at Fradley in Lichfield (300,000 sq.ft) and Ryton near Coventry (525,000 sq.ft).
