Delta Planning has submitted planning applications for two of the largest developments currently planned on the Isle of Man. The first is a 40 acre new business park of the outskirts of Douglas which will provide premium employment opportunities to support the Island’s economic growth. The second is for 328 homes, a care home and a primary school on a site close to Douglas. Both sites are allocated for development following successful promotion by Delta Planning through the recently adopted Development Plan for the East of the Island. Both applications promote extremely high quality sustainable development and biodiversity net gain.
