      • Birmingham City University
        Long standing town planning advisor on various capital projects and estate management issues across the University’s estate. Major capital projects include securing approvals for 100,000 sq.m. expansion space at the City Centre Campus in Eastside, and a 10,000 sq.m School of Education and STEM facility at City South Campus.
      • University of Wolverhampton
        Town planning advisor on various capital projects across the University’s estate. Major projects include securing planning approvals for a new 10,000 sq.m School of Architecture and Built Environment on Springfield Campus, the 2,000 sq.m Brownfield Land Institute building at Springfield, a new 6,000 sq.m laboratory building and 7,000 sq.m business school on the City Centre Campus and an expansion of the School of Health building on the Walsall Campus. We have also advised on significant access and parking improvements on Walsall Campus.
      • University of Buckingham
        Town planning advisor on various capital projects across the University’s estate. Projects have included an outline and Phase 1 detailed approval for a major expansion of the University onto a former industrial site next to the main campus. Permission has also been secured for a new 110 bed student accommodation building and a new economics and enterprise building on the main campus. Delta Planning is also advising the University on issues relating to non–operational University strategic land holdings.
      • Dudley College
        Long standing town planning advisor to the College on a major programme of redevelopment of the College estate across Dudley. This has included securing numerous planning approvals for new teaching and support facilities totalling 25,000 sq.m.
      • Sandwell College, Cradley Heath
        Secured planning approval for 2,000 sq.m adult learning centre at Cradley Heath.
      • Newman University
        Secured planning permission for 300 student bedspaces and expansion of teaching accommodation on the University’s campus at Bartley Green.
      • University of Birmingham
        Delta Planning supported the University in securing planning permission for a new Free School and 6th Form on its Selly Oak Campus.
      • Solihull College
        Secured planning permission for 4,000 sq.m of additional teaching accommodation at the College’s Woodlands Campus, and 3,500 sq.m of additional teaching and ancillary accommodation at the main Blossomfield Campus.
      • Bromsgrove and Winterfold House Schools
        Long standing advisor to Bromsgrove School providing planning consultancy support on a wide variety of school campus improvements including new teaching blocks, sports facilities and student accommodation at the main school sites in Bromsgrove and at the sister school, Winterfold House in Chaddesley Corbett.
