Delta Planning has secured approval for a mixed use redevelopment of the former Norgren site on Eastern Avenue in Lichfield on behalf of Hortons’ Estate and Trebor Developments. The scheme was a hybrid application securing full permission for a 65,000 sq.ft retail park together with outline permission for 70 homes
